Tangy, vinegary, slightly sweet
Best dipped in soy sauce with some heat
From crushed siling labuyo, Sinamak too
And calamansi, just a few drops will do

Step into our restaurant and feel the blend of Bacolod’s storied past with a touch of modern edge. Lining our walls are wooden panels reclaimed from old Bacolod houses, their distressed and faded paint still visible in layers of history—subtle cracks and weathered hues evoking the charm of traditional Filipino homes passed down through generations.


Adorning every corner are vibrant decors that pay homage to Bacolod’s iconic Masskara Festival, infusing the space with the city’s joyful spirit and cultural pride.

Paintings of elaborate festival costumes burst with colors—feathers, sequins, and swirling patterns capturing the energy of street dancers in mid-twirl—while intricately crafted masks, reminiscent of those worn during the annual celebrations, hang as focal points, their smiling faces evoking the festival’s theme of resilience and happiness.
